Vocal Choirs
Chancel Choir is an adult and high school choir whose repertoire focuses on traditional and classical four-part music. They lead in worship usually two times a month. When this choir sings, members wear choir robes and are seated in the Chancel at the front of the Sanctuary.
Rehearsals: Wednesday evenings, 7:00 p.m.
Celebration Singers is another adult and high school choir whose repertoire focuses on contemporary music that leads in worship approximately two times a month. This group doesn’t wear robes or sit in the Chancel, but gather from among the congregation when they sing in worship.
Rehearsals: Wednesday evenings, 8:00 p.m.
Festival Choir is a combination of Chancel Choir and Celebration Singers along with others who are unable to sing as regularly. This larger group usually wears choir robes and is featured during Lent, Easter, Advent, Christmas and other “festival” Sundays in the church year.
Rehearsals: Wednesday evenings, 7:00 p.m.
Voices of the Heart is a vocal ensemble of middle school and high school youth who sing mainly contemporary music. This group is part of the worship service approximately every six weeks.
Rehearsals: Wednesday evenings, 6:00 p.m.
Rehearsals: Sunday mornings, 8:30 a.m.
